body + mind

If the body is designed to never be sick, why are there so many illnesses and diseases?

Where is the disconnect?

Every ache, pain and symptom is the body delivering a message of importance in its own unique language. The only problem is, we haven't had the translation for this language - until now. One of the easiest ways to get our attention is through pain, so that's why we use it. However, when we learn to communicate directly with these parts, we no longer need the physical messages.

Hypnosis is a technique that can be used to access the subconscious mind, where past experiences and memories may be stored. It is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, in which the conscious mind is relaxed and the subconscious mind is more receptive to suggestion. When it comes to uncovering hidden body pain or discomfort through hypnosis, the goal is to identify the root cause of the pain and address it at a subconscious level.

Sometimes the body just doesn't trust you to do what it needs or wants

so it creates pain and discomfort until you DO.

Your body will tell you why it's behaving the way it is, and what it wants from you in exchange for lowering or removing pain or discomfort. And don't think you can trick your body - when it asks for something you better deliver or the body will continue to give you the pain and discomfort!   Clients report symptoms leaving immediately or after they compete the body requests.

**Hypnosis is not used as a substitute for medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe or chronic pain, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may require medical treatment. Hypnosis can be used as a complementary therapy to traditional medical treatment, helping to address the emotional and psychological factors that may be contributing to your pain.
