Levelling up is a very essential part of personal growth and development. It can be both challenging and exciting to move forward but we all need forward movement otherwise we become stagnant + stuck! Levelling up is a practice of making decisions + taking action
Explore the reasons why you are holding onto old energy, and allow yourself to make the decision to let go of the old patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you.
During this workshop, we will utilize different techniques such as journaling, visualization, hypnosis and reiki to help you release old energy and embrace the present moment. You'll let go of what’s holding you back as well as set and launch your most powerful intentions so that you can ride the energetic waves of bringing the life you want into your reality.
Levelling up = the process of improving oneself or one's circumstances
