Welcome to this self-forgiveness workshop, where we will explore the importance of releasing self-judgment and cultivating a deeper sense of compassion for ourselves.

Self-forgiveness is the foundation of emotional freedom in our lives. It is what allows us to stop carrying the weight of the past and begin relating to ourselves with honesty, softness, and truth.

Self-forgiveness is not about excusing the past or pretending it didn’t matter. It’s about finally becoming willing to meet what has been avoided—the memories, emotions, and internal narratives that have stayed unprocessed beneath the surface.

 

This process requires honesty. Not performance. Not perfection. It asks for the courage to look at where you’ve held yourself in judgment, where you’ve carried guilt or shame, and where you’ve been repeating old stories that no longer reflect who you are now.

And while it can feel uncomfortable, it is also where real relief begins to emerge.

In this workshop, you will be guided through a structured, supportive process designed to help you access, release, and reframe what has been held internally for too long.

​

Through hypnosis, you’ll work directly with the subconscious mind—where emotional patterns, memories, and self-perception are stored—allowing what has been looping beneath awareness to soften, reorganize and shift.

Through Reiki, you’ll receive gentle energetic support that helps regulate the system, release emotional tension, and create space for balance to return.

 

Together, these modalities create a contained and supported environment for deep inner work—where insight is not only understood mentally, but integrated and embodied as real change

​

This is not a surface-level reflection space. It is a guided emotional process that meets you exactly where you are, without pressure to perform, explain or “get it right.” You are welcome to share, reflect quietly, or simply experience the process internally.

With hypnosis, your mind unwinds the tangles you didn’t even know were tied; it’s like pulling decades of emotional lint off a sweater you forgot you were still wearing.

You can book individual sessions or reserve your spot for the full 3-part series. Please note that space is limited, and priority is given to full-series bookings. If the series fills, individual sessions may no longer be available.
