In group hypnosis, the hypnotherapist gives suggestions that are effective to the group as a whole. Many who are new to hypnosis or have not had a one-on-one session enjoy a group session as an introduction to the hypnosis/hypnotherapy process.

• Who like the comfort of being with others when experiencing new things

• Who would like to meet friends, share experiences and pickup tips from others

The hypnotherapist guides you into a state of relaxation that allows your conscious mind to lower/reduce its protective nature so we access your subconscious mind which is where change happens.

the Good Light Hypnosis uses Zoom to connect hundreds of members of the online group from anywhere in the world into a single/online environment where we can lead an online session for the group.  Our online group hypnosis sessions expands the availability of our group sessions worldwide with expanded topics.

 

Group Hypnosis Allows You To Experience the Hypnotic State

• Anyone resisting change or not 150% committed to improvement 

• Anyone who has been diagnosed by a medical doctor with bipolar syndrome

• Anyone who has a history of seizures 

• Anyone who is operating a car or machinery while connected to the group session

 

Be Ready To Get The Most From Each Group Session

 

We recommend entering the Zoom conference environment 10 minutes prior to the start time to be sure you can connect and have everything setup for a prompt start.

 

  • Have the Zoom app downloaded onto your phone, tablet or PC with a username created and ready to go

  • Check your e-mail for an updated Zoom conferencing link 

  • A quiet place at home including:

  • A recliner, sofa or bed where your whole body can relax — especially your neck, head and lower back

  • Headphones (makes all the difference!)

  • A charged device or power plugged into to your device

  • A warm blanket (your blood pressure drops as you relax and the blanket makes all the difference so you have a deeper experience)

  • A pillow under your neck/head

  • Uncrossed legs so your body feels more relaxed and free

  • Your cell phone with system sounds and inbound calls disabled so you’re undisturbed

 

 

How Hypnosis Works
The hypnotherapist guides you into a state of relaxation that allows your conscious mind to lower/reduce its protective nature so we access your subconscious mind which is where change happens.  The subconscious is where we introduce ‘suggestions’ in a relaxed state which your mind is very open to.  We incorporate principles of Law of Attraction, along with hypnotherapy and healthy living concepts for a comprehensive, holistic approach toward improvement.
